After a radiator repair , they didn't re-secure my battery , a couple of weeks later it flopped over tore - and shorted wires. I tore a set of uniform pants , had to push my SUV out of the road. They refused to fix the issue they caused. I have filed a small claims suit in Mobile Al. Resolution Sought They need to refund the money they cost me with their SHODDY WORK.

Company states: Battery did not have to be removed to install radiator. As far as shoddy work, he was told he could have it towed, but it would be a couple days before we got to his vehicle. So, as far as I am concerned, he messed with stuff under the hood and cuased the issue.

This gentleman is wanting something for nothing. He complained about the person that sold him the vehicle years ago after he actually had to spend some money. He is a lost cause. In no shape or form was the battery removed nor touched during install or removal. Proof was submitted. Again, the battery or anything to do with it doesn't have to be removed.
