I placed an order online# PLBW212992939 Dec 5th, I received 2 of the 10 items on Dec 11th, the other 8 items expected delivery date was Dec 12th. when I checked the tracking my package is still in Avenel NJ since Dec 8th. I called LB 866-886-4731, she told me my package was out for delivery and she could not refund my order or give me back the $20 coupon. So I have not item or complete refund. I would like a total refund of $35 or my complete order. Resolution Sought Send me my items or refund the full amount
