My IRA deposit of 750.00 was not put into my checking account. Your agent told me it would take three to five days Every month I have this done no problem .Your agents at Mercury Blvd are incompetent an d causing me hardship for my mortgage payment. I will be leaving Langley soon Resolution Sought Deposit ASSAP

REVISED 12/22/23 np the deposit was coming from another financial institution has a ACH. PACH would have been set up and initiated at the other the financial institution, Langley Federal Credit Union is the receiving institution. ACH deposit you can't take three to five days to be received and deposited to the members account. Langley Federal Credit Union deposits ACH transfers when they are received from the other financial institution. For this member is $750 was because of it account on 11/7. Attached (copy provided to BCA for review) is the settlement dates and trace numbers for Mr. James deposits. All transactions have been deposited on or before settlement date.
