I ordered a product and paid for it over a week ago. They have been very uninformative in providing information about my order. In addition I went to their website and my order detail page says the payment is pending when the money has already been debited from my card. It does not say if my items have been shipped. There are a number of shady things about their website. Resolution Sought Either shop the product or provide a full refund.
