Consumer states; I have an issue with Laparkan shipping company from Florida to Trinidad and Tobago. I sent to Barrows for two different people and they mixed up the barrel and they're not willing to help me. I have to send an authorization letter for one person to get it. they are not doing anything on their end, it is there mistake I think is there responsibility to fix that problem I did everything right my sons car went to someone else that it was not authorized to pick up. Most of the things are missing from his shipment and they are doing nothing about it the other cargo for the other person is still there. I did send the authorization letter with my son's ID, which I should not have to hope. Resolution Sought Consumer states; Someone can help me with this. is still there.
