Contacted the shop and asked if they could repair my laptop. Gave them $90.00 (12/23/2023) for a diagnosis. They called me back and said they could repair it with parts for an additional $120, I said go ahead and order the parts to repair the laptop. I went back to the shop after they called me back and paid on 12/24/2023. I went back home logged in and my laptop still had the same problems. The difference is they gave me a password to log in and then I had to log in with my password. Same problems!! Resolution Sought Give me back my money or refund me my money.
