I went to this establishment to order 3 hot meals for my family after a long day at work and was greeted with attitude and horrible customer service. The management and staff were very unprofessional. What should have been an in and out process took an hour. I ordered 3 meals a fried chicken, baked chicken and a whiting dinner. I was told originally my chicken would be out the fryer in 10 minutes. In actuality, it took 45 minutes as well as my fish dinner because neither the chicken or fish was ready. When asked for compensation for my hour wait at the establishment, I was told I couldn't be compensated due to there were chicken and fish orders before mine. When asked for corporate number to file a complaint, I was told by management they were corporate and how they been in business 25 years. No apology, no empathy just very sarcastic. Upon review of my food, my order was incorrect and cold. With it being so late in the evening and the meal already paid for I had no other option but to leave and take the meal. The food was not tasteful and I ended up going to another restaurant to order dinner for my family because it was so bad at Carolina Kitchen. Resolution Sought As a patron of this establishment for many years, I would like them to get some much needed training in customer service. The restaurant is very unorganized and unprofessional. I would like the money I paid for my meals returned to me for the inconvenience. They food was not tasteful and because of this I ended up going to another restaurant to order dinner for my family because it was so bad at Carolina Kitchen.
