I brought my wife's car Tuesday morning at 11:30 a.m. on June 21st 2022 because her knock sensor code came on and have put her car into limbo mode! This is under recall we got the car around November December of 2021 so we have only had it for a little over a year. It is going on 4 days since we dropped the car off and have had no call backs or anything as to why they have not put the car on their engine machine and to start doing repairs or replace the engine as the lawsuit settlement says. This is her only vehicle they did not give her a loaner like it says they will or a rental she has no way around anywhere and has heard nothing back I have called her brother has called and she has called several times and keeps getting the run around saying that they will look and see where she's at in line for regular repairs. This is a federal matter lawsuit so why have they not given her a loner vehicle or a rental yet or let alone told us anything about what's going on with the car? Very unprofessional and disappointing we still owe almost $10,000 on it and make our payments every month! Resolution Sought Being that this knock sensor is under recall it says they are to replace the engine that is what we are expecting not to mention it says that they will give her a loaner car or a rental car until her car is repaired so that would be nice. They are telling us they have no loaner cars there and that they will only do a rental for 10 days that is not what the outcome of the suit says it says a loaner vehicle , replacement vehicle or a rental vehicle until her vehicle is fixed. No more run around!

I purchase a car from Larry stovesand Kia on 10/7/21.b when I came to pick up the vehicle I had a loan in place and never signed anything for them to give out my credit information and to change my loan into a company they chose. I received 7 plus credit inquiries hard inquiries on my credit. The car cannot pass inspection which they gave me paperwork stating that can and O2 sensor needs to be replaced the third tail light was missing and not operable and the windshield falls out. I have tried to come to a solution with this dealership to no avail. Today I received a plastic strip that's not even the proper size door weather stripping around the windshield the windshield is falling out it's not a matter of weather stripping. The car dealership manager told me that it was too bad I got a good deal on the car and this is all they were doing. The day I purchased the car I was told to bring it back in and they would fix everything by the salesman I even have it in a text. The manager told me no they weren't doing anything as my fault that I purchase the car from them and it was a used car. I clearly understand down the road there could be problems before it to not pass inspection and to be undrivable is a whole other story. I need this car lot to do what the law states and make sure the car can pass inspection or to give me back my money. I have been to BMW dealership a different one than where I purchased and there seems to be an issue with the odometer 4000 miles higher day b4. Resolution Sought Assure that this car passes inspection and also to refund me the money on the difference in mileage
