Poor customer service!

They charged me 21 hours of labor for jobs that in total only take 5 hours according to the Prodemand website. They charged me for work that i did not verbally consent to being performed. They additionally told me they fixed a part and later found that part was not fixed, when I called them back about the labor for that part to be refunded, they threatened to call the police for doing a burn out in there parking lot which I did not do. I would like the business to shut down. I would like the business to be heavily invested for fraud and withholding assets illegally. They have dozens of customer reviews that also have very similar situations to mine.
