We would like to address the concerns raised by Roger, as outlined in the complaint filed with your organization. We appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification of the situation. Our team has extensively reviewed the details of Roger's complaint and has made a concerted effort to address each point raised. It is important to us to be completely transparent and offer insights into the nature of the insulation work we performed at Roger's residence. We have gone over the specific tasks involved in the insulation projeft with Roger multiple times. Per the scope of work these include removing existing attic insulation, treating mold in a designated area, sealing, and insulating the chimney, sealing the exterior vent, installing covers over can lights, upgrading the scuttle hatch, air sealing the attic, blowin in 17 inches of cellulose, and sealing and insulation basement rim joists. Roger was responsible for addressing any holes required for the insulation of the vaulted ceiling. Our salesperson Charles, product manager John, and Owner Andrew have engaged in multiple discussions with Roger regarding the purpose of the attic insulation and his complaints. While Roger asserts that the insulation should independently regulate extreme temperatures, it is important to clarify that its primary role is to maintain a consistent indoor temperature. Roger's cooperation in utilizing his heating or air conditioning system is essential for achieving optimal results. However, he refuses to do just that arguing it's not necessary. During Jon's visit to Roger's home in October, he addressed additional concerns about insulating siding and interior walls. these items were not part of the agreed-upon scope of work and are also services we do not provide. John offered to inspect the vaulted ceiling insulation and as a goodwill gesture proposed air sealing the bottom of the siding to prevent critters, although this is not a standard service we provide. Our insulation manager James has attempted to reach out to Roger multiple times to schedule the ceiling inspection. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from Roger. We remain committed to resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently. However, despite our efforts and our scope of service, we have been unable to meet Roger's expectations.

My aticc was not done the way I wanted to be done . I wanted it done with some insulation on the ceiling on the rafters and Larsons didn't even try to see about looking into the roof area in my bedroom. And could of put insulation in the basement with some kind of insulation on the bottom of my wooden floors to keep the floors warm. This company just told me what they wanted me to here . I told them what I wanted done. And I had other people who work in construction look up in my attic and said that Larsons could of did more . I'm not paying for a job that should of been done my way. I'm the owner of the house . Company is suppose to listen to the customer. Not do a job that only took 1 1/2 hour . I shouldn't see my dog being cold . And why is it nicer outside then the inside of my house. Not very good work to me.
