I have tried to explain to this company that an account was opened without my permission. My information is saved onto my lab top which my family member used to create an account and spend $30 on gambling. I have requested my money to be refunded and the account shut down and they REFUSE. My identity was NOT properly verified (not asking for a social security number, drivers license , etc..) they refuse to be held accountable or even correcting this. HORRIBLE customer service and employees . Resolution Sought Refund me my money and establish a better identity verification process so that this don't happen to another innocent person.
