I paid for services that I was not happy with, promised results and the product didn't last up to 12 months which was promised it only lasted two months, now I'm am still paying for it also was supposed to receive a free product with purchase and I did not reviewed it. Resolution Sought Refund me the money

Laser away contacted me in December 2023 after I filled out an interest request on Facebook. I was contacted by a sales person and when I explained what I wanted, I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. I explained how much I wanted to spend and again was told no problems. Then came the sales pitch, offering me lots of free products that I found out we're not even available in the area in which I purchased. I was told I qualified to have these services provided. Everything seemed on the up and up. I provided my debit card information and set up my appointment. I was shocked to say the least when I received a bill in January 2024 for a monthly payment of $113. That looks like a contract, I was never told that I would be on a contract for service such as lip filler. I was sold something that was not Botox, which is what I originally contacted LaserAway for some cheap byproduct. I was very disappointed. I had issues with eye drooping and facial paralysis, my lip split open because too much filler was applied , I contacted the company and was given false information and promises that were not kept . I filed a dispute with my bank for service is not rendered as expected. This company has the nerve to harass me for a payment for products that I never received. I cannot get anyone to fix these issues. This should be closed down!! It is a scam and a rip off! I want the money that I have paid back and I want the contract that I didn't know I was signing canceled immediately and I w Resolution Sought Refund my money. Cancel the fake contract
