They stated they could get rid of my double chin and the loose skin under my neck-that I did not need a neck lift. I paid $4,000.00 and another one for $6,000.00- the results were not as promised. They stated they would refund my money, but care credit denied the refunded based on the policy that results may vary. But I have an email from them stating they would refund me. They did a partial treatment because they stated that was all I needed, but then they told me I needed additional treatments. Every time I went they told me different treatments that I needed. I left expecting to see results, its been 6 months and no difference. I look worse than before due to the cool sculpting treatments. Resolution Sought To refund the $10,000.00

I paid upfront through a sales clerk for services not rendered. This was done back in August 2025. I emailed them pretty quickly that I wasn't gonna be able to get anything done with no responses. I've reached out by phone and redirected several times back to the sales agent that initially took my payment. I have now been in contact with them for three weeks trying to get my refund.. it's been over three months. They really had no business taking any money from me upfront. I told them I had leukemia so it should've been evident I couldn't get any services.. regardless of that I have not received any service and I want my full refund and they're playing with me Resolution Sought Refund
