I ordered a dress from Macy's and LaserShip claimed they delivered and I never received my dress . They did not even ring my doorbell and said they delivered it to a person. No images were received on premises cameras of LaserShip delivery that they entered my apartment building and did not ring my bell. I have yet to receive my dress or my money refunded. Resolution Sought I would love like Better Business to note that LaserShip is taking advantage of me (a senior citizen) in regards to taking packages for themselves or carelessly leaving packages outside so publicly. I would like my money or my dress.
