February 20th, 2020, I purchased bed room furniture with several defects. The store closed for several months because of covid. When the store reopened, I filed my complaint in person. The proprietor promised me that he would have someone come out and investigate my complaint. It's been over a year, and there has not been a response to this day. I contacted the Better Business Bureau to report the incident, but still no response was reciprocated. Their father, the late great, Mr. Laskey would have never never treated his patrons in this manner. Resolution Sought I would like for Laskey's to repair the defaulted furniture, replace it, or reimburse the equivalence of a cash allotment. The Harris family have been patrons of Laskey's furniture for over sixty years. Their father, the late great, Mr. Laskey would have never never treated his patrons in this manner.
