I ordered workout plan. The site asked to click for my discount. Instead it charged me for something I did not want, don't even know what it is they charged me for. I contacted them immediately. I have never opened what they say I ordered. I contacted them within minutes when I saw the charges. They refused to refund the $50 charge. I told them they can keep what I ordered. It was $9 and some change with the so called 83 (I think) don't remember the exact offered discount. All the discount click did was charge me for an item I had no Idea about. They are the most horrid to deal with. I don't want others to get charged when they think they are applying the discount! It is misleading, and getting your to add to your order when you think your adding the discount! This is poor business practice to scam people out of their money. I was thinking discount, they were thinking take this customer for anything they can! I guess if I had opened the service I could accept lesson learned, but I did not. No services were received/recovered. Lasta search brought up some terrible stuff on your site. I left a review warning people on Trustpilot. What a scam Resolution Sought 50.00 refund, and to prevent other people from the same fate! This Lasta business is awful, misleading, and refuses pretty much all refund requests!

Finally, thank you for crediting the checkout purchase that was intended to ok the discount, not order anything else . I appreciate the final result. I just don't think it should be so hard to get a refund. The checkout process was very misleading. I truly thought I was adding the discount as that was what came up, then quickly changed to something else. I hope you fix the order/checkout process. Maybe make it possible for customers to be able to talk to an actual person when concerns come up, or problems with ordering happen. Thank you again. I hope in the future your company allows for better communication between you and your customers. I will watch for the refund to my account.

I signed up for the Lasta app for fasting, on 6/23/24. I authorized a one month only subscription for $9.49. They billed that to my credit card and an additional recurring charge of $ 49.99, that I never authorized. I contacted them multiple times demanding the $49.99 charge be removed. They refused multiple times. I closed the 2 day old account and deleted the app. Nothing but a Bait and Switch company. Can you do anything about their fraudulent business practices ?? Resolution Sought I want the 49.99 fraudulent charge refunded to my credit card.
