I bought a ticket for my mom from Brazil to US and it didn't include the baggage. Because the return flight has a flight connection with Delta, the website didn't allow me to buy the ticket at the website. And at the airport I was charged 125 usd for one baggage when the price should be 90 usd. The return flight from Delta says I have allowance of one bag of 23 kilos but again LATAM says that I just buy the baggage at the airport. They will charge me again the airport price when I could pay 70 usd at the website. I still have one month to buy it. Resolution Sought I just want the difference of the website price.
