I placed an order with this merchant back in late December. I found a bedding set that I liked. I ordered the bedding and found it on another site about $180.00 cheaper. I contacted Lattestbedding.com and explained to them what I had found. They were very unfriendly and unprofessional and said they would get back to me the next day about what I had found. The best they would do is $100 off my order with them. I told them to cancel my order and I want a full refund. Next thing I know the following week I'm getting a tracking number from this company. I notified my bank explaining the entire situation and we placed a dispute. Now, the merchant will not release my credit back to me because I filed a dispute. My bank has tried to call them on 2 different times and they do not answer. This dispute will fall off once they released the credit back to my card. This company is shady, hard to work with and does not price match even when they can see the prices themselves. I will never do business with them again. I also warn other consumers not to do business with this company unless you want a run around and heartache. STAY AWAY! Resolution Sought I would like my refund refunded to me. Thank you
