I would this company to hire a competent manager

I want to put in a complaint this company due to the mismanagement. The manager that's is managing Tangi Village apartments has wrongfully put out eviction notices. She has not followed the policies and procedure of HUD. I feel the manager has not properly documented documents and is wrongfully giving me a single mom of four with no income a eviction notice. I would this company to hire a competent manager that is familiar with all the policies and procedures of HUD. A manager that shows professionalism and compassion for their tenants.
