No dollar amount. This company is impossible to reach. Our Sunpower bill was transferred to them because they took a Chapter 11. We tried to create an account to pay our bill, it wouldn't let us. So we tried to send them an email, which is their preferred method of contact. They keep texting us that we need to pay our bill, but won't respond. I have now been on the phone (on hold) for 1hour and 40 minutes trying to get ahold of someone. Resolution Sought 1. Have more representatives who can answer the phone in a timely manner for assistance 2. Make mergers more consumer friendly
