LCPW is lying about the reading of electricity and gas. Everyone on the Lauren's county resident uncensored pages bills have doubled in price when half of them don't keep their temperature over 63. I changed the power into my name and was charged 130.00 and then they charge me another 140 claiming I used that much of everything in nines days when my usual bill is 220. I called and was like this is an end of fee charge, they stumbled over their words then claimed I used that much in nine day. This recent bill, they are telling me I owe over 300 dollars saying that my gas is 229. My heat remained at 68 or 69. They are overcharging us because they are the only power company in the city. You call to get answers, half the time they don't answer and when they do they are awful. They have ugly attitudes and help with nothing. I have never been so disrespected and shut down like I was when I tried to get answers. My bill has only went up since I changed it to my name and all I get is it is the readings. Please come and investigate them. They are killing us with these ridiculous prices and are putting people at risk due to shutting off people's power during the cold. Resolution Sought Please have them do accurate readings. My bill should not be this much. They need to be investigated thoroughly. Please hire new people.
