Lawyer was Paid to represent us to get custody of grand child, was Paid approx 4000.00 up front lawyer failed to comply with the court requests to get proper documents, then after a couple attempts, we never heard from him. We had some life threatening matters in the mean time, so we were not able to get back to him. We decided to request money back, he replies we separated, which we did not , we happen to own 2 homes Resolution Sought We would like half of our money back, since he did not complete the job he was Paid for.
