I obtained the Law office of Johnny Phillips services due to me breaking my left ankle on December 14, 2021 at The Highland Village Apartments. The lawyers filed a lawsuit against the Apartment complex asking of $150,000. One year passed someone reached out to me the price dropped to $75,000. Two Weeks after that someone reached out again now it dropped to $55,000. I didn't hear anything from them for another year. Then someone contacted me to ask permission to countersue for $50,000. Then two weeks after that the settlement came to $44,000. Which is only going to give me $17,600 in my pocket. Everytime from since I knew what the settlement was going to be, I keep getting the run around ,they keep saying that they are waiting on the check ,to be sent over to their office so that they can cut me my check. I need my money it's been little over 2 years. I'm going through a crisis right now. It's bad enough that I'm walking around with a plate and 6 screws in my ankle that I will be suffering with the pain for the rest of my life. This law firm has wasted my time and the outcome isn't good. Resolution Sought I need my money now ,and I would prefer at least $30,000.
