This law firm pressured and intimidated me to wiring over 18 thousand dollar to a company that was in the market of buying timeshares. They stated they were looking out for the best interest of all parties to ensure the transaction gets finalized and everyone leaves with what was originally agreed on by everyone at some point, and the so called sale was pushed by Henry who is attorney for the firm, even after I said that I was not going to have any form of communication, since I was not going to have any cell service. Once I came to find out that Henry ignored my request and said he didn't have a choice because he has a deadline to meet and followed up by telling me that I shouldn't delay in wiring funds that were owed in taxes for the transaction because the clock was ticking, before I would get a court date by Mexico for "evading taxes on said transaction, I would still be required to appear in court in Mexico City to face punishment /penalties even if I paid after said court date had been created. In a panic and disbelief I mentioned I need time to some how I come up with that quantity, because I obviously don't have that much. He said its out of my hands and there nothing I can do, because I had to answer to Mexico Government. The company they represent had agreed to reimburse the taxes after completion of sale, they changed their story after that and called me a criminal after I called asking what was going on. I need help. Resolution Sought To get back the money that I lost, they should face charges for exploiting people like this.
