Paid for a service that I didn't receive. Mr. Gibson was asked to file certain motions and failed too, Mr.Gibson has done nothing in my case but file a motion to withdraw and not refund money. I expressed he could keep $500 of the $2500 for his lack of work and my bad choice in a lawyer. Yet he refuses to refund me. The only thing Gibson did for me is run his disrespectful mouth. He made sure to collect my money and then tell me was withdrawing from case as he had submitted. Resolution Sought Refund of $2000.
