I live in Georgia, I'm a former resident of Florida, I was involved in minor accident in 2008, yesterday on 2/2/2022 I went to get a copy of my Georgia drivers license, and they said they need to do a background checks in my license, so I was like ok. She call me back up and said Florida saying something is on your record that need to be taken care of, so I call this morning and she tell me I need to speak to someone else who is the only person dealing with suspension calls, she sounded like she didn't want to bothered, this is a very important situation for me, and she keep blowing me off like, she'll call when ever she get to your number. Reading the comments from all the platforms and not one person had anything good to say and there all experiencing the same issues. These people live there playing with. We need our drivers license. And for them not to tell you how much you owe, never gave any receipts of payment, I would have to mail in a money order which may take 2 weeks, we can't pay with credit card, they make it some complicated to comply when they are not helping. 14 years passed and they're trying to suspend me. I need my license for my job. I tried telling her I need to resolve this before the 23rd and all she said is, she will call you when your number come up, calls answered in order they were received. I could be a week from now she's dealing with a lot of suspension calls and she's the only one who can help you. I need to resolved immediately please.
