At first Mr. Olson was awesome then after everything was paid and we were negotiating he just stopped returning my calls. I've left numerous messages with his receptionist being told I would get a call back he would reach out and still has not happened and it has almost been over 3 months now. Resolution Sought Refund $100 for the letter being sent or finish the negotiation.
