Consumer alleges your company has not issued a refund for services not rendered. Consumer hired your company to help him with a DUI case back in September 2021. He paid $3000 to represent him in court. In the process the attorney was switched and when the court date came, the attorney did not show up. The judge try getting a hold of your attorney Jason and when he finally did get a hold of him the attorney started getting smart with him and arguing with the judge. Customer then contacted your office to ask for a refund, he was told your company will look into it and get back to him however as of to date nothing has been resolved. Consumer wants your company to issue at least a partial refund for not representing him as paid for.
