I've been going back and forth to chiropractor appointments for 5 months blindly for an accident that I was involved in March 28, 2022. I have absolutely no idea how my case is progressing. When I call the office no one is ever available and my voice messages are not being returned. On the rare occasion that I have spoken to someone I only found out that I have a workers comp case and a personal injury case but no details about how these cases are progressing and how soon they'll be resolved. This is a law firm and I haven't even spoken to or seen a lawyer yet. This is very disheartening for someone who was involved in an automobile accident. The last thing I should have to worry about is individuals at law firms stealing money I should be getting from being hurt in an accident but this is exactly what I'm concerned about. How come I haven't been invited to the office to speak to an attorney about my case? How come someone doesn't call me at least once a week with updates? Resolution Sought Call me with updates at least once a week, return my calls, let me speak "directly" to an attorney, let me know when my case will be resolved. Give me an option to settle my case.
