Complainants allege that the firm fails does not obtain loan modifications as promised and that they cannot obtain refunds. Complainants further allege the company misrepresents the timeframe and effectiveness of their services They also don't return calls and clients aren't allowed to speak with an attorney. Clients express dissatisfaction with having to re-submit paperwork repeatedly. Some complainants allege the representatives inappropriately advise them not to pay their monthly mortgage payment stating that doing so will increase the liklihood of obtaining a modification.~~In general the company responds to complaints by refunding retainer fees explaining what work was conducted on the client’s behalf reviewing their agreement or in some cases agreeing to pursue modifications.
