CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I hired Jason Smith as my lawyer for my divorce last year. I just went to court this year in September my x husband was suppose to pay me ten thousand dollars and he gave Jason smith my car title when we went to court and needless to say I can't get Jason Smith to talk to me on the phone or return my phone calls, been calling every day several times a day for months. Resolution Sought I hired them for a reason not to fight this alone I don't feel like this is fair at all.
