Mr. Leibowitz did not reveal that he was a CPA. He did not understand anything he was reading in the communication I sent him. He took my money knowing he was not going to assist in the case. Resolution Sought Refund my money . I felt he scammed me. He has not had any experience in my type of case.

I have represented nearly 6,000 people in my 20+ year career in a many of types of cases. With that experience, I am able to determine the merit of a case. Ms. Butler retained me to first "research her claims." After I did that, Ms. Butler and I had a substantial disagreement as to how to move forward, so I terminated my representation. It is important to me that I be able to work collaboratively with clients. I was not able to do that with Ms. Butler. I am sorry that she is upset. However, I did the work that she hired me to do. As an aside, I am not a CPA, nor have I ever told anyone that I was. I do not know why Ms. Butler thinks I am a CPA. Even if I were, that would have had no bearing on her case or our ability to work together.

My opinion : This attorney doesn't care about attorney client privileges . He seem to be very scary and he is a scam artist. He took my money knowing he was not going to take the case then he found a false reason to provide me in order to steal my money. His intentions was not pure. He scammed me. Any case he alleged attempts to take he is going to scam you and then take your money and not follow thru with the case. Disclosure : this is not a attack against him this is me telling the events as I seen them unfold. this guy scammed me. I am disabled and he scammed me.

Again, it is unfortunate that Ms. Butler and I were unable to agree on a path forward for her case. I did not "scam" her. I provided her with a detailed invoice of all of the time I spent working on her case, which included hours of telephone conversations. She was not "scared" in any of our conversations. In fact, she often ignored what I said while she talked over me to explain her perception of her situation. I genuinely wanted to help her, as I have helped thousands of other people in my career. However, we had significant differences about the merits of her case and how to move forward. Ultimately, if I cannot work with a client collaboratively, it is better to go our separate ways. I hope that Ms. Butler is able to resolve her situation in a way that she finds acceptable.
