In 2011 I hired Micheal Mojtahedi to fight for me in the death of my daughter. For 4 years I was lead to believe by his assistant Judy C. Micheal M. was doing such a good job. In the 4 years I was disrespected, sent to a meditation where I met another attorney who told me I shouldn't have came and wonted to know who I was and never once call me to ask me anything about my daughter in the for years my attorney talked to me one time. I was never giving the opportunities to attend any court dates nothing. Michael M, assistant let me know how much the case was settling for and wanted me trust my attorney was fighting for me. In 2014 I walked into my attorney office their we meet long enough to give me examples of how this couple had a kid who was hit by a truck and how the parents took the money and spent it all and the kid received nothing he never told me anything about what I would get only my grandchild and my daughter sandra unprofessional I reported him and submitted a claim with the bar. I couldn't believe the investigator only talk to my attorney and sent me a letter telling me I didn't have enough evidence. my evidence was for him to talk to my witness and pull the phone records would o caught him in the lie h told that he contact with his assistant off and on from 2012 through 2014 as my attorney when he didn't bother to check my evidence I reopened the case 4 time with the same results never checking my evidence it was discrimination on me
