He should not have a business license and be permitted to run a business based on his intent to lie to his customers.
When we hired LawnWorxUtah we met with the owner and discussed the service we needed and what they could provide. We specified that we wanted the lawn bagged up and taken away and we didn't want grass blown into the garden bed. After the first mowing job we noticed that the company didn't take the grass away and left large clumps of grass on the lawn. The flower beds were also covered with grass clippings. I called Kade, the owner, and reminded him of our conversation and our needs. He told me he would make a note of it and be sure his mowers saw the note and complied with our wishes. Just now they came to cut the lawn for the second time and I went out to talk to them. They said they never get any notes from Kade and they aren't equipped to bag the lawn and take it away. They called him while I was standing there and he told them that he just told me what I wanted to hear, that he had no intention of mowing our lawn the way we wanted and "if we loose her as a customer, we'll just loose her.... no big deal". To me that is fraudulent business practice to be openly deceitful to customers and have no intention whatsoever to do the job that you were hired to do the way it was promised. He should not have a business license and be permitted to run a business based on his intent to lie to his customers. I am terminating his employment today and I also want to register a formal complaint against him.
