I have a problem with my local gas company "Lawrenceville Utilities " who charged me more than I expected for gas consumption from 12/29/2024 -01/17/2024 and 01/17/2024 -02/21/2024 (total usage 169). I didn't much gas in February because of the warmer weather and I wasn't at home for 5 days. I kept house temp during the day at 64°F and night 66°F. Beside these facts I mentioned, my gas meter is hard to read because of old age, 24 years. The numbers are not clearly visible for years. If you need the proof, I took some pictures. I called the Lawrenceville Utilities today and asked them if they properly read my gas meter, and how much they charged per unit? They answered they don't use unit's price when calculate, just how much of gas is consumed. They told me I can't switch to another company, because, they are the only one available, and then, she disconnected me. If you need any other supportive documents, please, let me know. Thank you in advance. Resolution Sought To accurately read my gas meter.
