Customer Complaint

Today, Friday, the 14th of January I paid for self parking in Swissotel Chicago, Illinois. Somehow I entered the wrong date. I specifically remember entering today's (1-14-2022) date at 2:30. When I tried to park it wouldn't let me and that's when I realized the error. I called the customer service number only to get yelled at by a male representative. He said he can't help me that I need to call from a phone in the garage because they're connected and he doesn't know where I am. The problem was that I couldn't get into the garage because of the wrong dates (1-15-2022-1-18-2022) He didn't ask me where I was, my name, or for a confirmation number. I called back and explained the situation to a female representative. She asked for my confirmation number and said she couldn't modify my transaction. I asked if it could be cancelled and she stated no because I made the transaction at 2:17 and it was 2:48, that cancellations needed to be made 24 hours before. That I should just pay an early entrance fee. Our travel dates are the Jan 14-17th, why should I have to pay an extra day plus an early entrance fee? Resolution Sought I would like a refund.
