I live in a affordable housing building. I have a parking spot I paid 110 dollar every month the tow truck company that they had they charge it to a new company now I pay laz parking service. For the past month I have been emailing them and calling them regarding the parking issues. Every time I go out someone is in my spot and there is no number to call the tow truck. When I call the number they have, it is an answer machine and they never return my call. I paid for parking and I can't even park in my spot. All they do is send the invoice to paid I am not getting the service I need and also to find out if is legal to charge that kind of money monthly in a affordable house building. Resolution Sought I want them to resolve the issue to give me the service I am paying for. Give me a phone number of there office where I could speak with someone and a number were I could call a tow truck company when some one is in my spot to comply with the service.
