I ordered a dragon ball designed ps5 controller and paid extra for overnight shipping on September 30th and I never received the package, my tracking information has never updated, and I've sent them numerous emails but they didn't respond to a single one. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and also to sue the company for attempting to scam me and many other customers.
