I was in contact with Brian De La Vara for designing custom rims for me. After waiting 8 months I finally received my rims but when they arrived they were damaged and scratched up. I sent the rims back and he fixed the issue and sent them back to me but when I received them this time they no longer fit my car. At this point I'm very annoyed so I contacted Brian and he asked me if I wanted them fixed or if I wanted a full refund. I told him I just want my refund and I also sent him the rims back. He now has my money and he took the rims back. I've been calling him for months but no response and I still haven't received my refund, I'm also blocked now from calling him.
