I was misled by the website coupons that when I made the final purchase, I ended up being charged for 2 items instead of one. I placed an orders of hair dryer using the Lbrise.com and they charged me for 2 items instead of one. I tried to contact them multiple times via email and I also try to modify the transaction in their website but the website didn't let me. I sent multiple emails to customer service requesting to cancel the transaction since I couldn't modify it , but they responded saying that the transaction could not be modified or cancelled. This morning, I received an email stating that the items have been shipped. I emailed them again and I requested the cancellation of the transaction and they responded by saying that there is nothing they can do because they already shipped the package. The website doesn't have a phone number to contact them. Therefore, I need your help since I don't want the tools anymore and I want my money back. Moreover, in their website they states that they will partially refund the money and refunds are not guaranteed. All refunds have to be approved by them first. They make the process impossible for customers to return items and get their money back. Resolution Sought To cancel the transaction and get my money back with the prepaid label so I can return the items since they ignored my emails before they sent me the items.
