Consumer alleges: This started when I gave LBS Financial Credit Union my money on May 31, 21 which it was 1,056.98. Then I started to get loan notice before time. Sometimes I will get three notice way before time like three or four month notice. So I call the 1-800 number I talk to someone there she said it will stop, but it did not. They keep on coming. So July of this year I went to office at 4436 Atlantic Ave Long Beach CA, I talk to supervisor Nora B, she took the letter made a copy she said she will get back with me, she had to talk to her boss, then she will call me. I did not hear from her in two weeks. So I called her, she did not have an answer for me. I also believe the amount involved on my statement is not right. Resolution Sought I need someone of authority to contact me to discuss this matter.
