I went to this location with my husband today and the service was unacceptable! I wanted a filling and my husband wanted a manicure. One of the ladies sat me in one seat and my husband in another seat, the nail tech he had was very professional. However the nail tech I was assigned to I was told would be right back but after sitting at an empty table for more than 15 min. I realized went to lunch so I'm not sure why I was seated at her table. I got up and returned to the seating/waiting area only for the girl to return to her desk and do the following play by play: tidy up her desk, check her phone for a good 3-4 mins, a man came in selling fruit so the proceeded to get up and look for what he had, returned to her seat and check her phone again. I walked up to my husband who was already half way done with his manicure and said I'm going to wait in my car (because I'm classy and refuse to act out). ONLY THEN DID THIS GIRL DECIDE TO SERVICE ME at which point I refused the service because it was rude and unprofessional how the service was being conducted by her. My husband later informed me that he told the woman who sat me in this girl's table stated "she was going to lunch" which baffled me because why would you sit someone at a table to be serviced if your employee is going to lunch doesn't make a lick of sense to me then stated "usually they ask their customers to make an appointment"... again doesn't make sense cause when we walked in she asked what service did we want. Resolution Sought An apology for the unprofessional service they provided.
