I placed my order: 77700492944 on February 11, 2024. In this order, I said I would be available Monday-Friday between 7-4. I received a message from Le Logistics February 14, 2024 saying my order would be delivered on March 1, 2024. YESTERDAY February 29, 2024 I received a message from Le Logistics changing my order date to Saturday March 1, 2024. This change provided me with NO notice, and I have a previous obligation where I have to be out of town at a family event. I cannot get somebody to receive the order with such short notice. I am extremely upset with how this was handled. Le Logistics has been one of the worst companies to interact with I've ever experienced. Yesterday, February 29, 2024 I asked to speak with a manager, was promised a callback, and never received one. Today I called Le Logistics OVER 10 times. I was trying to speak with somebody that has some level of authority. But nobody will call me back. The representatives are useless and unable to assist and no manager has called me back. I've also been hung up on twice by them. I've been mistreated and not communicated with. I have been advised if I can't accept March 2nd delivery date, then I have to wait another 6 weeks for the delivery. This whole situation is unacceptable, and I need a resolution. Please help me figure this problem out. Resolution Sought Have a time to receive the delivery sooner than 6 weeks from now and receive the callback that was requested.
