My experience at this salon is that of a nightmare! Jose was weird, bossy, bullied and gaslighted me when I regretfully booked a haircut appt. with him! I regret not listening to my gut feeling of things being weird from the beginning when he avoided my calls all day when I tried calling his cell and salon to book an appt. Gave him the benefit of doubt that he was busy all day as he claimed later. But should have noticed when during the very first visit he kept saying he will cut my hair short stating as women age they should have shorter hair despite me saying that regardless I like to keep them longer. this wasn't even the issue. It started with when I got there 15 mins earlier as I normally do to any appt. And him telling me that I am early! I waited and talked about what I wanted to do realizing he listened for maybe 1 min but started walking away with me following him to the hair wash area and he telling me that he will look into that when he begins cutting my hair which I found odd as I wanted him to see my hair when it's dry to get a clear idea. Anyway he starts shampooing my hair and barely rinses and tells me that he is going to put some mask on my hair as my hair is too dry and it would be easier for him to cut. I am sensitive to products and like to know what is being put in my hair and steer away from unnecessary products no matter how much others say it's good for me! Before I could say anything he said don't worry he will not charge and started applying. I tried Resolution Sought Firstly apologize for bullying, gaslighting, abusing me, using unauthorized/not legit products in my hair without my permission and keeping it on my hair by lying and longer than what was told! I would like to know the name of the mask/product used with photo of the exact bottle used along with proof that it can be kept on hair for as long as I had to keep it without washing it thoroughly due to his narcissism without causing harm as I am left with burning sensation all over my hair/head and.
