On February 27, 2024 we purchased a water softener system and reversed osmosis system from Leaf Home Water Solutions LLC. Located in Fort Myers , FL 33912.Their sales person was Cam Cadway. Down payment was $670.00 the rest was financed by a bank they recommended. To this day the system has not been working properly and they refuse to come out and fix the problem. Some one came out to look at the reverse osmosis and they were unable able do fix it. The technician claimed that the system is working properly. However, we wake up in the morning and have no water for coffee and cooking. He came out again and gave the same run around. I tried speaking with either an owner or supervisor, they too refused to help and hung up on me. My water taste like poop. My house smells like poop and I am running to the store to buy water. They have not sent a receipt, which was supposed to be delivered to me by email. I tried to talk to them and tell almost $8000 is a lot of money for lack of service and poor quality product. That's when he hung up on me. Resolution Sought I would like a refund so we can purchase a system from a reputable company.

They sold me water softener they said it the best that will clean my water thru reverse osmosis and now they had to bring me a softener that needs salt which I did change the salty one because iam 79 years old and those bags of they were to heavy for me and now I have to buy salt for the one they brought Resolution Sought My desire is that they give me what i paid for

Please be advised that Leaf Home Water Solutions is willing and able to help with customers’ concerns. However, the customer has not returned the voice messages left on 12/1/22, 12/2/22 and 12/5/22 or email sent 12/5/22 regarding this dispute. Leaf Home Water asks customer to return the messages to schedule the inspection/service as the first step toward resolution.
