We've had their water softening system for a little over two years the first year it did not work at all. They came out multiple times and said they fixed it and did not here we are two years later. It's still not working. We want we removed and refunded and they are telling us that they cannot do anything after two years every time you try to contact somebody you always get the runaround and some new excuses as to why it's not working correctly or they say it is working fine. I'm tired of dealing with this company and today was the last time of trying to talk to these people. I have missed work on multiple occasions when they send someone out to look at this system. Resolution Sought I would love for you to get our money back and have this system removed. Also I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else

I had gutters installed on my house middle of April. First rain storm we had all the gutters leaked. Called leaf filter warranty dept and they sent someone out the following week. Leaf filters technician looked at my brand new gutters and said they were installed wrong and said they needed to be redone. Since the end of April I called every week to try and see when they would be coming back to repair the mistakes they made. Every time I called I was told by the warranty dept that they would file a case and someone would contact me. Here it is now June 20th and I have yet to receive a call or have my repairs made. Resolution Sought I don't wanna do business with this company. I want a full refund.

Yes but it has taken my hounding you guys to get an answer. From calling the service manager to my sales rep. Nothing has been done since April. I have paid for a job that was done wrong , no customer service to get my problem fixed. I would like a refund so I don’t have to keep dealing with your customer service dept.

Service has been completed and the customer has signed a service ticket. A customer relationship manager reached out to the customer on 7/10/24 and 7/15/24 to address the issue with lack of customer service, and the customer has not yet responded.
