Felt overcharged and hustled as a senior citizen. Was pressured into agreeing to do gutters next day to get discounts… never told me I had days to cancel agreement. When I signed up for the appointment the lady said I had a year to think about doing it with discounts. I live in a mobile home and they did 74 feet of gutters with filter and downspouts. I kept saying it was too $ as starting cost to be approx $7,800 + before discount and I wanted to get another opinion and talk to my brother first. The lowest he could do is $5765 and he could lower the cost over five years 0 interest for $99. He was with me for about two hours and I felt exhausted and badgered. I explained to him that it was a bad time (supper hr.) and my son is an emotional disability, and was very trying at the time. It was very chaotic with everything going on around me. I wanted gutters, I wanted time to get my finances in order and to think about it. When you think about his original price…each foot of material would be approximately $105+. he said his men needed work the next morning so they could get a pay check and have work to do, that's why he increased it to five years 0, but I have to agree to doing it the next day. He also said his workers never go on the roof to disturb roof shingles to install, but they did on the roof(lots of gravel in filter). I also explained my son had a zoom meeting and was very sensitive to noise. He had an anxiety attack and couldn't finish. Hard to get ahold of after. Resolution Sought Give me $3,000 back off cost. Financed with Wells Fargo. I contacted them also as I felt was done in bad faith. LeafFilter didn't return calls or lines disconnected,etc. Finally got someone to respond, but they clearly wouldn't budge and kept arguing with excuses to make me look in the wrong getting me very upset where I couldn't listen to him one more minute. (2nd Service man did come to fix length of downspout extensions so would drain off property better) (took pics of gravel at my request).

We have come to an agreement with Ms. Benedict and are crediting her 15 for customer satisfaction reasons. There is a signed Credit Agreement in place, and she has been sent a copy for her records. We are now processing that credit to her Wells Fargo account which she used to fund the job.

Tud half on the tile floor half on the wood the tub is coxed it's not level on the floor. They put half of the tub on the tile. No backing board installation for mold resistant and moisture. Water is leaking down in the basement from the tub.. tub molding is is bent and a gap is there.. pockets of molding putty, is missing around the molding of the tub. Resolution Sought Reimburse all monies, except for the money for the tub itself. I have to pay for the tub to be put in properly and the molding put in properly and the tub put on the floor properly and it's gonna cost me to have that done so therefore I want reimbursement of the money that I paid them for the tub so I can Hire someone to do the work as it should be done
