Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Shown an $8000. Contract With a 924 promotional plan for 18 months of $200 for a total of $3600.. Because they could only get me approved. $200 a month not $296 a month they discounted my system taking away down spouts and concrete water dispensers. Now I am being told I owe the whole $8.000. I remember this being called a bait and switch. I am a 71 year old disabled vet and can not afford this system. When I really need windows Resolution Sought Allow me to pay the price for the system I was sold
