Customer Complaint

We had this company install a new gutter system in September of 2020. At first everything looked good, until we had some other companies come out to give us estimates on a new roof install. During the roofing inspection we noticed that the gutter didn't line up with the roof line. Tried talking to the project manager for Leaf Guard but have not gotten any satisfaction from them. We suggested they come and look at the project, so far have not heard anything from them. We even sent pictures to the project manager and asked for either he or the G.M. to get back to us. We just want the issue resolved. Resolution Sought To please fix the issue or at least come up with a reasonable solution.

Company states: The customer did not contact us prior to filing this complaint. We eventually were able to speak with the customer and her issue has already been resolved.
