I had my water heater replaced through Leak Geek Plumbing, 340 NE 56th St., Pleasant Hill, IA. 50327 on June 7,2021. A gentleman named Jordan Henry was the installer. Once he completed the service I asked for a receipt. He (Jordan) said he would email me the receipt when he got back to his office. I have called and texted Jordan probably a dozen times asking for my receipt for one proof of purchase for warranty, I paid cash(what an idiot!) and to submit to my utiities co. for a rebate/credit on my bill. At one point he said he had sent it and to check my spam mail, which i did and it wasn't there. I spoked/texted him again and asked is he would send it to a different email account since I still hadn't received it still. Still nothing!! I then texted him and asked him to just mail me my receipt to my home address since for whatever reason I never received anything to either email account. Still after not even getting a receipt by mail (USPS) I texted him again!!! i asked if I could drive to the office to pick it up and to send me the address. Since then I have not received any response from him. After the first couple of conversations with him by phone now when I try to call it just goes to his voicemail andI still have never received a call or text from him. It has been over 2 months now since the installation and service and feel he has plenty of time to resolve this issue. So I am writing to you in hopes you can help me resolve this issue and get a receipt. Thank you !!! Resolution Sought I would like to get a receipt for the service and replacement of my water heater. After this long I would like him to just mail me the receipt to my home address, which he should have on file but if not I will list it below, and if it it isn't to much to ask if he would call/txt to let me know it has been done. I would love to give him a 5 star rating but I've been waiting until I get my receipt. Thank you for your time and assistance
