Skinny Rx is a scam company they were supposed to give me 2.5 mg of semaglutide . And I provided proof of medication from my pharmacy. They started using stall tactics with emails saying We going to start you on 1ml of semaglutide regardless of the proof . I sent and when I called customer service each representative gave me a different response . . Just telling me anything to get me off the phone. They would also send emails at 10.50pm. They were trying to stall so I would have no choice but to take the lesser dose of medication. Upon my research I found out that Skinny Rx was using Promise pharmacy which has warning from the FDA Warning people and health care providers about Promise Pharmacy Resolution Sought Stop scamming people out their money and use a reputable pharmacy.

We take full responsibility and have immediately processed the cancellation of the account. To confirm, effective today 08/14/2024 there will be no further shipments and charges from us in the future. In addition we have processed a full refund amounting to 197.50 that will reflect in the customers bank account with 3-5 business days. Yes I did get the refund but skinny Rx stall tactic caused me to miss a dose of medication. Which is poor business ethics . And Your not apologetic. And I would like this complaint published so that consumers can be aware of skinny Rx business practices
