August 2022 ordered a backpack for my son two months later I contacted them asking where my order was they give me a partial refund because of the wait and said they would contact me as soon as the backpacks got in and when I would be expecting my shipment it is now July 2023. I have made several attempts and emails and phone calls to try to contact the company. [email protected]. And all attempts have failed. This isn't a hole in the wall company were you have no idea where your money is going this is a legitimate company that has been featured on many new stations but apparently I am not the only one this is happened to. I just want my money back at this point in time. Resolution Sought Give my money back with interest.
